Actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in Puerto del Carmen. Affable staff as well as good food. The location in a very nice area was absolutely perfect and there were supermarket and shops nearby. I visited poolside bar and liked warm drinks. Fairly clean place and good service.

Overall a very positive stay - good value, considering prices in other hotels. Clean place & very knowledgeable staff. The rooms were silent, excellent bedroom for a good sleep. The location was handy and the bed lovely.

Every detail was incredible, such as location and staff. Restaurant in hotel was EXCELLENT and the pool area was nice. Just a walk down to the ideal beach. Also, we could visit rancho texas lanzarote park, it was 10 minutes' drive away.

One of the food options, Restaurante Universo, situated close to the accommodation was absolutely worth it. We had free Wi Fi, that was cool. We visited Speedys Diving Center nearby😀❤😃
